I greatly enjoyed lovely modern room here.
The property was fairly clean and staff was fairly friendly and excellent. The bed was lovely, and the room itself was excellent. Interior was nice. It was a magnificent location very close to a coffee shop in Rugby and Warwick and Leamington Spa.

Spent 1 night in this hotel during our xmas in Rugby. The venue was quaint and comfortable and in a central location near to a really nice pub, the fountain and the restaurant which is run separately. Furthermore, to local places.

Great little spot!
We stayed for 2 nights and loved the cozy vibe. The room was comfy with a nice shower. The pub grub was pretty decent, especially the full English for breakfast, and the staff was super nice. Only thing was the noise from the pub can get a bit loud at night.

I stayed in a Single Room for a night, and it was cozy with a decent size. It had a modern bathroom that was well-kept, which I appreciated. It got a bit warm at night and the mattress was on the firm side, made sleeping a bit tricky. The room's charm and character definitely stood out, though, with nice furnishings and good coffee options.

We explored a charming village nearby and enjoyed the local pub. Spacious rooms. Heads up to future guests, the service might slow down during peak hours, so just plan ahead for meals!
